Aliza has been an active member of her communities while living throughout the State of NJ for the past 20 years. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Aliza had a passion for analyzing various real estate markets. She is familiar with the markets of Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic and Sussex Counties. Aliza has also managed upscale NYC Properties for over 25 years working with Designers and various types of Contractors. She is experienced in the supervisory of renovations, sourcing, purchasing, staging, and co-designing. She has been the gatekeeper, negotiator, and all-around support for all of her employers.
